About Beanz:

Beanz is a leading coffee tech platform connecting coffee enthusiasts with their favorite specialty coffee shops. Present across the UAE, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain, we partner with over 3,000 coffee shops, providing a seamless pre-ordering, loyalty, and digital experience for customers while supporting local café growth. We're now expanding into Saudi Arabia, and we're looking for ambitious graduates to help drive that journey.


We are launching the Beanz Graduate Program in Sales — a structured, hands-on program designed for driven recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time position, based on-site in Dammam. As a program participant, you'll get real ownership of partnership targets from day one, structured training, and hands-on mentorship from our senior team as you grow into a permanent Sales & Partnerships role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and onboarding of new specialty coffee shops and cafés onto the Beanz platform
  • Learn to build and manage relationships with café owners and key decision-makers, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in presenting Beanz's value proposition and tailored partnership proposals to prospective partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless partner onboarding and activation
  • Track and report on pipeline activity and partner performance
  • Participate in structured training sessions and regular mentorship check-ins throughout the program


Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree, any discipline — Business, Marketing, or Hospitality a plus)
  • Genuine passion for coffee culture and familiarity with the local café scene in Dammam
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in Arabic; fluency in English is a plus
