Job Responsibilities:**
- Operate and monitor various back-end machinery, including flangers, neckers, seamers, and packers.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Monitor production lines for defects, jams, or other anomalies, and take corrective action as needed.
- Conduct quality control inspections of finished cans, ensuring they meet specified standards.
- Load and unload materials and products onto and off production lines.
- Maintain accurate production records and log sheets.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production flow and efficiency.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machinery operation.
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 kg.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
