Role Description The Automotive Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role oversees the sales team and daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met and customer experiences are consistently high-quality. Responsibilities include managing and coaching sales staff, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing processes to increase conversion and revenue. The Automotive Sales Manager collaborates with marketing, operations, and customer support to develop sales campaigns, improve lead management, and align product offerings with customer needs. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers and partners, handling escalated issues, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reporting and strategic input to leadership.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Automotive Sales and general Sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality, consistent customer experiences.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of the Automotive sector, including market trends, vehicle categories, and competitive offerings.
• Experience leading and coaching sales teams, including performance management and training, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare sales reports, and make data-informed decisions to improve processes and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Experience in e-commerce or digital platforms is beneficial.
