Associate Public Relations Rep | Saudi Aramco SMP

We are seeking an Associate Public Relations Representative with 8–12 years of experience in strategic communications to work at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran. The role involves supporting and executing communication strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering impactful messaging across multiple channels within a dynamic corporate environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in strategic communications, either in-house or within a consultancy environment
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Technology sectors is preferred
• Regional experience is considered an advantage
• Strong experience in developing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is desirable
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives
• Experience presenting communication strategies, activation plans, and KPIs to leadership teams
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling communication content
• Advanced or professional qualifications in Communications are preferred
• Strong understanding of communications strategy and corporate messaging
