Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst

The Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst supports the Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) function in business planning, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis, and accountability reporting. The role works closely with P&PM analysts to develop analytical findings, insights, and recommendations that support business performance, planning activities, and informed management decision-making. The position also contributes to the preparation of reports, presentations, and analytical deliverables and performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Support P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations related to business planning, performance management, and accountability activities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of business planning activities, including analysis and development of supporting materials.
• Support performance tracking and measurement activities by collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing relevant business and performance data.
• Assist with performance analysis by identifying trends, variances, key performance indicators, and areas requiring management attention.
• Contribute to the preparation of performance reports, management presentations, dashboards, and other P&PM deliverables.
• Support accountability reporting by providing accurate and timely analytical information to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in translating business and performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with P&PM team members and internal stakeholders to support planning and performance management initiatives.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and presentations.
• Perform additional related staff, analytical, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of professional work experience in planning, performance management, business analysis, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business and performance information and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a CMA, CFA, CPA, or KPI-related certification.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
