Your key duties

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.

• Lead transportation planning and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality and commercial performance.

  
  Provide strategic transport planning input, including master planning, traffic impact assessments, access strategies, and parking studies.

• Develop and review transportation models and network analyses to support project delivery.
• Engage with clients, government entities, and stakeholders to deliver practical and efficient transport solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality technical reports, drawings, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in transport planning and traffic engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects in the Middle East.
• Proven experience in transport modelling and analysis tools such as GIS, VISSIM, VISUM, Synchro, or SIDRA.
• Strong technical expertise in transport systems, traffic operations, and infrastructure planning.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex transport projects and managing multidisciplinary teams
