Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
- Supervise store staff and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate product replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train new employees on customer service and sales standards.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor sales performance and support in achieving monthly targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and store operations.
- Help create a positive and motivating work environment.
