Preferred Company Experience
Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
About the Role
Manages asset lifecycle strategies, asset information structures, performance frameworks, renewals planning, and alignment with international asset management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages asset lifecycle strategies, asset information structures, performance frameworks, renewals planning, and alignment with international asset management standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or infrastructure operations.
