Take on a new challenge and apply your Asset configuration and Data Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates in Riyadh Metro Project. You'll contribute . Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the Operation & Maintenance of the Riyadh Metro Project.

You’ll specifically take care of Asset Data including Configuration and Obsolescence, Day-to-day, you'll specifically take care of Asset Data, Configuration, and Obsolescence activities, including but not limited to:

  • Asset Data Management: Support the creation and maintenance of asset records in IBM Maximo, ensuring asset information, serial numbers, software versions, and configuration data are accurate and up to date.
  • Obsolescence Management: Monitor asset and spare part obsolescence, follow up with Procurement, Engineering, and Design Authority teams, and maintain the Obsolescence Tracker with required updates and action plans.
  • Material Master Data Management: Support SAP GSI part number creation and extension activities, ensuring compliance with established data standards and processes.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI and Excel to support decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members form Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support asset data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify documents for completeness and consistency, ensuring that all records are current and accessible.

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Interest in Asset Management, Configuration Management, or Data Management
  • Knowledge of database concepts and data quality principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Highly self-motivated individual, able to work under your own initiative
  • Knowledge of ERP, EAM, or CMMS systems (SAP, IBM Maximo, etc.) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the rail or construction environment and engineering practices is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Good co-ordination and communication skills
