About The Role

• Having a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or engineering
• The Knowledge Transfer Specialist articulates and implements a consistent and effective approach to capturing and transferring knowledge across all functional units.
• This individual implement workplace education and methodologies to promote knowledge transfer, sharing, and access to information at the Institute.
• The Incumbent identifies optimal platforms or tools for promoting learning, and implements a process to ensure the effectiveness of educational approaches and tools.
• The Incumbent delivers training on educational platforms and tools, and oversees adaptation of tools and approaches.
• Shall facilitate in developing e-learning courses for SAP and other disciplines as required by company representative and Consultant.
