Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead architectural design concepts, design development, and construction documentation.
- Review and validate architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Prepare and manage BIM/Revit models throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Municipality regulations, and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical proposals.
- Support authority submissions and approval processes.
- Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve design-related issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in architectural engineering.
- Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Expertise in designing and reviewing architectural projects across concept, detailed design, and construction stages.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/Revit.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and Civil Defense regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and technical reviews.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing architectural design and review experience, BIM/Revit expertise, and completed projects within Saudi Arabia.
