We provide integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services, offering a “one-stop solution” to support our clients across the full project lifecycle.
We are currently looking for a highly qualified Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise architectural and interior fit-out works throughout all project phases
- Ensure the quality and execution of high-end finishes in accordance with project specifications and design intent
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Review architectural drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards
- Resolve architectural and interior design-related technical issues during construction
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site observation reports
- Support project management teams in maintaining project schedules and quality objectives
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations when required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction supervision
- Strong experience in hospitality projects, particularly hotels and luxury developments
- Proven expertise in interior design coordination and high-end finishes
- Experience working on premium hospitality brands, luxury hotels, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and quality control processes
- Familiarity with Saudi building regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
