As an Analogues Beverages Powder Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of powdered beverage analogues, ensuring product quality, stability, and consumer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance product formulations.

This role requires a strong background in food science, particularly in beverage powder technologies, with a focus on ingredient functionality, processing methods, and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in beverage powder development, preferably in analogues or alternative beverage products.
• Profound understanding of drying technologies, powder formulation, and ingredient interactions.
• Experience with pilot plant scale-up and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address formulation challenges and improve product stability.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
