تبحث شركة VOZ Music Production عن أخصائي شراكات أعمال يتمتع بخبرة في تطوير العلاقات الاستراتيجية واستقطاب فرص التعاون الجديدة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن بناء وإدارة الشراكات التجارية التي تدعم نمو الشركة وتوسع أعمالها، بالإضافة إلى تطوير العلاقات مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة والشركاء الاستراتيجيين بما يحقق الأهداف التجارية للشركة.

Requirements

* درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو العلاقات العامة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

* خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الشراكات أو تطوير الأعمال أو العلاقات الاستراتيجية.

* خبرة في بيئة الأعمال B2B.

* إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

* القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع وعلاقات في وقت واحد.

Roles And Responsibilities

* البحث عن فرص شراكات استراتيجية جديدة تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.

* بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع الشركاء الحاليين والمحتملين.

* تطوير مبادرات التعاون والشراكات التجارية طويلة الأمد.

* التفاوض على شروط واتفاقيات الشراكة وإدارة مراحل التعاقد.

* إعداد وتقديم عروض الشراكات والمبادرات المشتركة.

* متابعة تنفيذ الاتفاقيات وضمان تحقيق النتائج المستهدفة.

* التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان نجاح الشراكات والمشاريع المشتركة.

* إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بأداء الشراكات وفرص التطوير.

Skills

* مهارات عالية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات.

* مهارات متقدمة في التفاوض والإقناع.

* القدرة على تحديد الفرص التجارية وتحويلها إلى شراكات ناجحة.

* مهارات قوية في إعداد العروض التقديمية والعروض التجارية.

* التفكير الاستراتيجي وحل المشكلات.

* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق الأهداف.

* المبادرة والقدرة على إدارة الأولويات بكفاءة.
* خبرة سابقة في قطاع الإعلام أو الإنتاج أو الصناعات الإبداعية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
