المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص العلاقات العامة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن (3) سنوات في مجال العلاقات العامة والاتصال المؤسسي.
- يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في القطاع غير الربحي.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تنفيذ أنشطة العلاقات العامة وتعزيز التواصل مع الجمهور وأصحاب المصلحة.
- بناء وتحديث قواعد بيانات الجهات والأفراد وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إعداد الخطابات، والمراسلات الرسمية ،والتواصلية، ومتابعتها.
- التنسيق للزيارات والاستضافات وإعداد برامجها وتجهيز متطلباتها.
- البحث عن فرص مشاركة الجمعية في المعارض والمؤتمرات وإعداد التصورات اللازمة.
- المساهمة في تنظيم، وتنفيذ الفعاليات ،والمناسبات الداخلية ،والخارجية.
- إعداد الأخبار والتقارير الإعلامية والمساهمة في تعزيز فرص الظهور الإعلامي للجمعية.
- المساهمة في إعداد المحتوى الرقمي لحسابات الجمعية وحملاتها الاتصالية.
