We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our remote operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in administration or remote operations who enjoys structured work, organized systems, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

No extensive professional experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About The Role

As a Remote Administrative Assistant at PULSE (MENA), you'll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, organizing information, supporting workflow coordination, and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.

Your work will improve operational efficiency by helping teams stay organized, informed, and on schedule. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, consistency, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

Administrative Support & Data Management

  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Standardize information across internal systems
  • Identify duplicate or incomplete records and flag issues for review
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Support reporting through accurate record management

Workflow & Task Coordination

  • Review and organize incoming administrative requests
  • Route tasks to the appropriate team members
  • Track progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain clear documentation of task status
  • Communicate proactively when additional information is required

Reporting & Operational Tracking

  • Update internal trackers and workflow dashboards
  • Maintain activity logs and administrative records
  • Prepare brief progress updates for internal teams
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate process improvements when appropriate
  • Support operational reporting with accurate documentation

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist with calendar updates and administrative scheduling
  • Send reminders for deadlines and key milestones
  • Track onboarding progress and checklist completion
  • Support internal coordination to ensure projects remain on schedule

Quality Assurance

  • Review work for accuracy before submission
  • Ensure documentation follows company standards
  • Maintain organized folder structures and file naming conventions
  • Support compliance with internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
