Accountant - Private Equity

A private equity firm based in Riyadh is seeking a Fund Accountant to support the CFO as the business scales. This is a hands-on role within a growing fund administration and accounting function, suited to a candidate with relevant private equity or fund accounting experience who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CFO across fund administration and fund accounting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records for private equity fund structures
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting
• Support capital call and distribution processes
• Contribute to NAV calculations and fund performance reporting
• Assist with audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
• Help build and improve fund accounting processes as the business grows
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in fund accounting or fund administration, ideally within a private equity environment
• Solid understanding of private equity fund structures and accounting principles
• Experience supporting senior finance stakeholders, including CFO-level
• Ability to work effectively in a scaling, lean team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
