Job Purpose

Responsible for generating sales and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, and monitoring competitors' sales activities.

Assess, manage and grow potential business opportunities and projects.

Collaborate with members of the sales team (quotes, etc.).

Provide necessary support to members of the sales team (quotes, etc.).

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Job Requirement

  • Direct Engagement with Customer leadership assisting team.
  • Create and Maintain customer relations.
  • Lead sales team
  • Pro-actively work to generate and identify new business with assigned accounts
  • Understand customer business operations and assess their current and future strategic needs.
  • Identify and discover new business development opportunities.
  • Prepare business and project pursuit plans for assigned projects, and execute plans, progress reporting and sharing.
  • Coordinate all internal and external efforts to materialize the business goals.
  • Assist in proposal and solution development along with pricing.
  • Generates standard monthly reports and customized reports about customer.
  • Analyzes corporate data to identify trends.
  • Maintain CRM on regular basis to keep track of opportunities

Qualification and Experience

  • Saudi Arabian National or Expat
  • Technical College in Instrumentation and Control Systems
  • 10 to 20 years of experience in mining & metal business sales, proposal, and solution development
  • Presentable and posse professional attitude
  • Excellent commands of English and Arabic languages

Essential:

  • Independent worker and Ability to work in groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Yokogawa product knowledge
  • Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including Visio
  • Self-motivation and update the knowledge
