Job Overview:
Aveanna Healthcare, the heart of caring for patients in the wellness line of business, is seeking Administrative staff to work per-diem assignments for wellness and immunization clinics. The immunization wellness clinic clerk provides operational and clerical support at Aveanna's Healthcare's clinics.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining medical records confidentially per HIPPA and Aveanna guidelines
Greeting clients, visitors, and employees professionally
Clerical tasks such as signing in participants, scheduling appointments and managing inventory, as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent
Strong Communication Skills
Preferred administrative data entry work experience, but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility and timeliness in completing assigned tasks
Computer proficiency required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Must be able to travel, 10% of the time
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to sufficiently move equipment without assistance
Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Environment:
Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases
