Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities including receiving, processing and distributing incoming retail merchandise to retail outlets of Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. They will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, being able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


  • Two years of experience warehouse inventory experience involving Receiving, Inventory Picking and Distribution.

  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.

  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred. Forklift experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills required.

  • Strong Mathematical and Computer skills required.

  • Excellent attendance, self-motivation and ability to work independently a must.

Licenses / Certifications

  • Must have Powerd Industrial Trucks Certification or ability to attain within 90 days of employment

  • Will be required to complete 10-Hour OSHA Training after hire

  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required in order to operate company vehicles or drive on behalf of the company in any capacity

This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.

  • Directs warehouse personnel in daily activities to maintain proper inventory flow to retail locations and external customers.

  • Communicates job expectations and coaches employees.

  • Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities, along with planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions.

  • Operates all inventory management tools including NetSuite and Ozlink.

  • Maintains inventory accuracy along with bin (row/rack/bin) management.

  • Executes daily pick tickets. Ensures all stores receive pick ticket within 24 hours.

  • Assists in preparation and implementation of annual physical inventory and reconciliation.

  • Performs monthly cycle counts.

  • Conducts all activities adhering to company safety and housekeeping regulations.

  • Ensures the safest possible organization by eliminating environmental and behavioral risks.

  • Makes sure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, neat and organized state at all times.

  • Communicates effectively and promptly throughout the organization, i.e. corporate and store teams.

  • Delivers received items to department using appropriate vehicle, i.e. tow motor, small or large hand truck, company van, etc. following proper safety standards.

  • Receives all incoming merchandise, document receipt accuracy and distribute to assigned locations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
