Job Description


VIP Sales Executives survey guests on their thoughts and opinions about our product and presentations, as well as educate and sell the Vacation Introductory Program (VIP) to guests.


What will I be doing?


As a VIP Sales Executive you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.




  • Follow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs by phone to reduce the cancellation rate.




  • Stamp all planners when you turn the tables.




  • Sell packages at the required production of 13.5%.




  • Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with rules.




  • Make required presentation to every guest that is turned to you.



  • Identity and resolve quality assurance issues.

Qualifications


What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.




  • Shown ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.




  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues.




  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:




  • Previous experience in a branded vacation ownership.



  • Valid / Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
