The Senior Associate, Marketing Execution is responsible for managing end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns for Wealth Management Marketing, with focus on customer acquisition. This role reports into the Vice President, Wealth Management Marketing Execution and will partner closely with marketing strategy and brand marketing
The ideal candidate has experience leading and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that support critical touchpoints along the customer journey to raise awareness, educate, and acquire new customers. This candidate will leverage appropriate channels, tactics, and messaging and has a mindset for performance measurement, best practices and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional partnering and project management skills, campaign management and/or digital execution experience, ability to lead and drive decision-making in a complex, ever-changing environment, a mindset for continuous process improvement, be detail oriented, and have a high degree of comfort in a stringent controls environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of and 5-7 years' experience in direct marketing and/or project management is required
- End-to-end project and process management and oversight; digital experience preferred
- Agency/vendor management, including process improvement and issues resolution/escalation
- Knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing and results measurement
- Specific experience in financial services including wealth management marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus
- High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and processes simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly organized with an ability to foresee and understand implications and downstream impacts of campaign changes and action response plans with speed
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on constant improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 4-year college degree preferred
