This role provides administrative support to our Unemployment Insurance Claims Department. It is an entry-level position that trains the candidate in identifying the different forms and documents received from clients and state agencies.

We ensure that our clients' claims are responded to accurately, timely, and succinctly. We pride ourselves on being proactive, responsive, and timely.


What you'll be doing


The primary function is to process unemployment insurance documents, ensuring exceptional service and response to states on behalf of our clients. To be successful in this role you will be able to:



  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Verify the accuracy of data

  • Organize and manage high volumes of data and state documents

  • Work autonomously to ensure documents are uploaded timely and accurately

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and state agencies


What your background looks like



  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • At least 2 years of previous data entry or office administrative experience

  • Must be able to type 40 WPM

  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
