As Skanska's Total Rewards Coordinator- Compensation, you will have the responsibility of supporting all corporate compensation and benefits functions across the enterprise, within a Total Rewards structure. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate and compliant data across diverse business units, locations and employment statuses, and will directly contribute to providing a first-rate experience to our diverse workforce.

Reporting to the Compensation Senior Manager, with a strong dotted line to the Benefits Manager, this role will work in close collaboration with, and provide high quality support to, the Human Resources, payroll and IT teams, as well as with third-party vendors and other key stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to details, effective communication, customer focus, and collaboration. This role will also interact with the rest of the USA HR Shared Services teams (Talent Development & Learning, Policy & Compliance and HR Systems & Services) to deliver high quality support and services.

Total Rewards Coordinator- Compensation Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of HCM Workforce Compensation workflows including trouble-shooting, data input, and addressing questions from users

  • Support annual compensation survey participation and associated analysis

  • Update and maintain compensation policies, guidelines and procedures and provide insights to improve compensation programs

  • Administer the annual variable incentive plan process through the HCM compensation module which includes reporting, auditing, accuracy, working in tandem with finance teams, updating based on changes in employee population and compensation, and communication

  • Provide expertise to update and maintain Skanska's Total Compensation communications including development and training for HR, Recruiting and People Leaders on compensation administration matters

  • Conduct regular reporting and ad-hoc analyses as required for the Rewards team

  • Manage DBA administration in close coordination with HRServices and IT team members

  • Process vendor invoicing and auditing across Business Units, working closely with Finance and Accounts Payable teams

  • Support annual Open Enrollment cycles

  • Work closely with, and provide backup support to, the Total Rewards Coordinator for Benefits

Total Rewards Coordinator- Compensation Key Attributes:

  • 3 years of industry experience administering corporate compensation programs

  • Demonstrated success in highly de-centralized and geographically diverse company structure

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsets

  • Bachelor's or other advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance or other related discipline. Equivalent related work or military experience will be considered.

  • Experience with compensation-oriented platforms including Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation Module, JD Edwards, and CompAnalyst

  • Experience with systems workflow improvements

  • Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and analyzing data from multiple sources

  • Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple priorities

  • Collaborative and innovative thinking

  • Strong operational skillset with high quality work product
