The Risk & Payments team's mission is to serve our global community by providing payment support and protecting individuals and businesses against financial abuse. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about optimizing operational tools and systems, has experience developing technical roadmaps, can drive large and complex infrastructure projects, and can lead discussions with cross-functional teams across the company.

Within the Risk and Payments team, Business Solutions is responsible for project managing the development and implementation of operational infrastructure used by our organization. This team works to identify the business needs within Risk and Payments and ensure those needs are reflected on the roadmaps of our operations engineering partners.

Systems Program Manager, Risk and Payment Operations Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in core fraud and customer support infrastructure, tools, systems, and workflows

Develop and manage complex and large-scale end-to-end projects for Tools Solutions to support Fraud and Customer Support Operations teams, working closely with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery

Define clear business problems and drive alignment between teams using data-driven analytics, developing success metrics to measure project performance and alignment with team mission and goals

Collaborate with our Risk and Payments Operations teams in determining fraud review and support requirements that allow products to scale

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of process design, driving efficiencies, identifying gaps and implementing improvements

Develop technical roadmaps, project plans and effective communication strategies to implement new systems end-to-end

Partner closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders through the planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch phases of new tools and systems

Troubleshoot issues and support engineers and stakeholders with bug fixes

Analyze the scale and efficiency of workflows to make drive data-driven decisions that align with team/company goals and values

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience leading medium to large complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders

4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

2+ years of experience in technical project management or program management

Experienced communications skills

Experience leading cross-functional efforts across multiple time zones and functions

Experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

Experience working with engineers to drive technical projects end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in an operations environment

1+ years of experience working on a trust or safety related team

Experience with software development principles and project management frameworks

Experience working in UI/UX environments

Experience in QA Testing
