The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Value architect in medium sized to large opportunities involving AO, SI AO and AO IO, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising co creating the solutions. Responsibilities Create Enterprise solutions closely with Accenture leads and clients Participate and or lead solution discussions and client meetings both for proactive and reactive RFP driven deals Build strong and sustainable relationships during the solutioning process with clients, delivery and sales Role Description Acts as a key member of the deal sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client internal groups. Should be able to play client facing role that involves understanding and formulating the client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a our offerings, assets and bring out synergies between various service groups involved in a deal. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate structure, delivery locations and related costs.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong AO or SI expertise in a domain with preference being in ERP (SAP or Oracle) but any other area is fine as well

  • Expertise/Experience in AO/AD/SI and ability to give an Industry view of application portfolio/application transformation.

  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationship with key stakeholders

  • Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and Technologies

  • Ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business IT alignment

  • Strong capability to estimate, size, come up with dependencies/assumptions in solutioning

  • Ability to work across levels at the client; exposure to NA geography is a good additional skill

  • Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor

  • Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, co-creation sessions will be an added plus
