Job Description

***This is an in-house position, based out of our corporate offices in Lake Mary, FL***


Charisma Media’s Corporate Accounting department is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to be responsible for various accounting duties and reports for the department.


  • Agrees with Charisma Media’s Vision Statement, beliefs, and values
  • Responsible for cash entries and bank reconciliations
  • Manage credit card disputes
  • Responsible for Inventory receipts, shipments and reconciliation
  • Responsible for royalty reporting and payments
  • Manage recording sales and receipts of digital products and international rights
  • Enter contracts into ERP System
  • Assist controller with other royalty duties as needed
  • Primary responsibility for Month end closing process
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Assist controller with annual and mid-year budgeting
  • Assist controller and department when needed


  • Degree in Accounting
  • 4 years relevant experience in an accounting department
  • Computer skills, including strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
