Job Description




We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account preparation within an assigned area and/or market segment by successfully selling our products and/or related services resulting from field activity. 


Salary range: $42000 - $52000 per year.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional service and customer experience to all prospective customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.


  • Strive to consistently gain technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to stay agile and relevant in today's business climate.


  • Develop and uphold a solid high-trust business relationship with customers.


  • Schedule appointments utilizing multiple communication channels (phone, email, marketing campaigns).


  • Appropriately communicate/represent brand identity and corporate position.


  • Prospect potential customers to upsurge customer base through various sales methods, including, email marketing, door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.


  • Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings and sales training where applicable.


  • Keep track of product orders, sales activities, commissions, and invoices.


  • Respond promptly to management and clients.





Qualifications




  • Previous experience in a sales role is an asset.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field desired, not required.


  • Excellent analytical and business intelligence skills.


  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and QuickBooks preferred.


  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.


  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.


  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
