Job Description




Mirantis is seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst to join our Finance team. The Commissions Analyst will be responsible for the development and processing of the sales incentive program  and ensuring compliance with all policies and payment schedules. You will identify and call out anomalies and partner with Sales Operations and Human Resources to review areas of concern and provide timely and accurate reporting and compensation to the Global Sales Teams and Global Controller.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Manages all aspects of the internal sales incentive program

  • Interact and work with Sales VPs, Sales Directors, and Sales Managers to set sales and retention goals at the employee level

  • Develop and maintain very detailed, complex production reporting models that support the payment of internal sales incentives

  • Develop analysis of the Sales Incentive payment results and identify areas that will continuously improve the alignment with the company's objectives

  • Ensure appropriate payments for the results achieved and compared to the market

  • Develop forecasting models that use the membership and premium business plans to create five-year forecasts of broker commission payments for FP&A for all markets and products

  • Develop new business processes and methods to automate the reporting for the components of the internal incentive program results that are currently manual

  • Develop quality review processes to ensure accuracy of source data used to process internal commissions 




Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

  • 5+ years of experience in sales commission analysis and/or accounting

  • Strong hands on experience with excel,

  • 1+ year experience with Salesforce

  • 1+ year experience with Callidus or similar tool

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
