Job Description

Position Description:

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager in Training to join our team to assist in the recruiting of new qualified personnel through interviews, follow-ups and screening, as well as maintain records, files, and Personnel and Public Relation matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit personnel.


• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.


• Work with local universities and colleges.


• Work closely with management to stay up to date on current available positions.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Possess excellent people skills.


• Be able to complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner.


• Be able to work without direct supervision.


• Be able to communicate effectively with other management and team members as well as other community agencies.


• Possess management and leadership skills.


• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.


• Be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
