Nuverra Environmental Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to help the company grow! This position is responsible for recruiting and maintaining open driver positions. A successful Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify staffing needs. This person will attract candidates using various sources, such as social media networks, employee referrals and career fairs. The ideal Recruiter would hold an academic HR background combined with oilfield/Department of Transportation (DOT) work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates experience and qualifications.
Main Job Duties Include:
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives.

  • Follow recruiting strategies based on our goals and needs.

  • Advertise jobs on job platforms, social media sources

  • Source passive candidates on various recruiting platforms

  • Organize and attend hiring events

  • Screen resumes and Phone screen all potential candidates

  • Follow up with candidates to help them through the qualification process

  • Communicate important employment information during candidate screening process (e.g., compensation, hours, benefits).

  • Able to meet deadlines

  • Data entry

  • Take very detailed notes

  • Communicate with Human Resources and Management Teams on a daily basis

Skills/Knowledge Needed:
  • Strong Phone skills - willing to make follow-up calls (Not cold calls)

  • Previous recruitment experience needed

  • Friendly and engaging personality

  • Self-motivated individual

  • Goal/outcomes oriented

  • Solid computer skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and social media platforms is helpful

  • Detail oriented

  • Full time position with limited night and weekend work.

  • Proven track record of successful recruiting and retention of all driver positions.

Daily, Monday - Friday (this is a must)

Prime hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

8-hour shifts, flex schedule.
