Job Description Summary

The Production Analyst is responsible for the fulfillment of customer requirements within the assigned Business Unit. In this role, the Production Analyst would communicate frequently with customers, and work inclusively with area Production Specialists, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to meet their needs. When delivery falls short of the need, the Production Analyst works to develop and execute on recovery plans that returns the customer to health as quickly as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Production Analyst will:

  Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs

  Works closely with RPCA planning team to align customer requirements to business capacity

  
  


• 
  

  Ensures operational alignment with production plan and KPIs

  
  


• 
  

  Optimizes inventory and process improvements

  
  


• 
  

  Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations

  
  


• 
  

  Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level

  
  


• 
  

  Specifies needs, communicates about projects and presents outcomes of research done

  
  


• 
  

  Delivers products as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Works on cross functional teams as needed to insure soft and hard capacity meet customer needs

  
  


• Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)

  
  


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution
