Job Description

We are looking for one Product Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Product Marketing Supervisor, you will focus on supervising our marketing platform, people operations tools from ideation to execution, and in association with product management, user experience, operations, and monitoring product marketing assistants.

Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Work to best represent the product, collecting feedback from our user group on existing tools and processes and leveraging knowledge to influence future road maps and daily product development.




• Manage the product launches and experiments in your team, interacting with the product management, engineering, data science, user experience, and operations to ensure a smooth implementation.




• Own product positioning and message development for marketing tools, articulating the value of the proposition of the new product feature to boost awareness and adoption.




• Monitor productivity.




• Defend and embody the culture, mission, and values ​​of the company.




• Promote the transfer of explicit knowledge to Operations to ensure the understanding and adoption of new product updates.




• Ensure that all service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience is an asset.




• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.




• Good interpersonal and communication skills




• Strong team member.




• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.




• Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




• Have good attention to detail with copy-writing skills.




• Have excellent organization and great administration skills.
