ICAT is seeking candidates for the following position based in Broomfield, Colorado.




Product Manager

  • To be responsible for key business initiatives which support the overall strategic objectives of ICAT.


  • Oversee the business development and ongoing management of assigned products and territories.


  • The PM is responsible for new product and business case development and definition, implementation of new products and business strategies, and managing the ongoing underwriting quality and profitable premium growth of those products once launched.

  • The estimated salary range for this role is from 115K - 155K with the final salary being determined on an individual basis taking into consideration factors such as:

    Candidate’s Experience, Candidate’s Education, and any additional certifications/credentials

We will count on you to :



  • Conduct strategic planning and provide ongoing leadership over business initiatives & to seek new business opportunities to enhance revenue and profit growth for the Company.


  • Conduct research which may include reviewing financial statements, evaluating competitors, and analyzing business practices. Organize and interpret information to identify meaningful business, industry and market trends resulting in contributions to the development of a new business model, process, or product.


  • Develop and manage annual operating plans to meet underwriting profit and production goals.


  • Establish strategies to address areas of underperformance and consistently monitor and measure the effectiveness of those strategies ongoing.


  • Conduct and lead analysis to assess ongoing performance of assigned products.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, reinsurance, and underwriting standards.




What you need to have:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related area of study (MBA a plus).


  • A minimum of 4 years of related professional experience within the insurance industry or broader financial market.


  • Able to gather and analyze information, draw conclusions, make recommendations, execute and deliver expected results.


  • Experience providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams. Creates and fosters strong relationships.
