Position Title:
ProLaw Account Executive

Account Executive for ProLaw Enterprise is an outside sales role responsible for the sale of ProLaw’s mid-size law firm financial and practice management software in a given region made of up new prospects and client sales. The Account Executive focuses on growing new sales revenue within the designated region by identifying, qualifying, and coordinating meetings for all opportunities, performing online product demonstrations, onsite product demonstrations, negotiating the contract, and closing.

About The Role:

  • Serves customers and existing accounts by selling products and meeting customer needs.

  • Consistently achieves sales quota at 100%+.

  • Be a consultant throughout the entire sales process.

  • Put customers’ needs at the heart of the sales efforts throughout the sales cycle.

  • Focusing on the benefits of using the product – value.

  • Pipeline and Forecast Management.

  • Keeps management informed with results such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Presentation Skills.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Familiarize your prospects with your business and product.

  • Engage with prospects on social media.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

About You:

  • Proven track record of sales success and consistently achieving performance at 100%+.

  • 3-5 years of industry sales experience.

  • Familiarity with office software and technology.

  • Legal Practice Experience.

  • Customer Service Experience.

  • Ability to travel.
