Position reports to:
Value Stream Manager


Support the staging of all components necessary to successfully execute on Press. Support facility in daily ink room management of our Flexo and Digital pressroom operations. You will be responsible collaborate closely with our suppliers and Nosco production teams to ensure all inks, coating, and pressroom consumables are ordered or mixed to meet our production schedules. The strict requirements of this customer base require extremely high quality production following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and accurate recording of activities affecting quality.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • As an Employee-Owner, continually strive to build profitability by monitoring production goals in relation to set-up, run and clean-up times allotted on the schedule, without compromise to product quality.

  • Support department and company Lean initiatives to reduce downtime and waste within each process.

  • Works in a safe manner in adherence to OSHA and company Safety Regulations. Observes the physical work environment to identify and correct potential safety concerns.

  • As needed, perform any pre-production duties (i.e., plate mounting staging jobs, pulling production order components, mixing inks, etc.,).
  • Perform other duties as requested.

  • High School Diploma or Technical Degree with a minimum of 2 years of printing experience in a high quality, regulated environment, is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and some technical printing knowledge are key competencies of this position.
  • Troubleshooting ability relating to print based problem solving, spanning multiple ink and substrate related issues, are expected.
  • Must be willing to work any shift and overtime.
