Mid-Columbia Medical Center (MCMC) is seeking a OB/GYN to join our outstanding care team at Columbia River Women's Center in The Dalles, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity partner with an exceptional organization who is recruiting one OB/GYN to join 2 other Ob/Gyns and a certified midwife. Columbia Rvier Women's Center works with 3 OB/GYNs, a Nurse Midwife and a Nurse Practitioner to care for our patients with over 40 years of combined experience. We partner with OHSU's Perinatology department to read 2nd Trimester Ultrasounds and an MFM on site monthly. Our clinic has shared clinic and hospital call 1:3, 3 days of patient contact, 1 OR day, and 1 Admin Day. The Physician provides clinical services within the scope of practice of his/her specialty and in alignment with the Planetree philosophy and mission; adheres to all evaluation, treatment, procedure and mediation guidelines as directed by clinical and department policies and state or federal law; conducts self-in a professional manner, strictly following confidentiality policies and working cooperatively and supportively with other staff; regularly evaluates staff and provider performance, providing constructive feedback and realistic expectations.

The physician must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient/client served in the clinic, department or appropriate assignment. Based on this; knowledge, he/she provides service according to the identified age specific needs.


  • A Board Certified (or Board-Eligible) Physician with a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology- MD or DO with Oregon state licensure.- Knowledgeable with electronic medical records system.- Great communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys being part of a team- Enjoys working with peers, clinical, and support staff.
