POSITION SUMMARY
:


Sugarbush Resort is searching for an Owner Services Manager at Clay Brook, our premier luxury slope-side residency. The Owner Services Manager is responsible for all facets of ownership life at Clay Brook - the position will assure owner satisfaction, maintain exemplary owner relations, and coordination with operations with all CB staff.


RESPONSIBILITIES
:


  • Maintain intricate records of all owner communications, billing, revenue, and tax documents

  • Execute the rental management program to include the rental rotation, and various other ownership programs (The Registry Collection exchanges, Space Available program, etc.) This includes developing a new yearly calendar and contract updates

  • Manage The Registry Collection inventory, coordinate all exchanges and engage inbound Registry arrivals

  • Work exclusively with the Lodging Reservation Manager, CB General Manager, and Marketing Dept. to develop marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and value in CB

  • Facilitate and assist in HOA Board meetings and annual meetings, including setup, voting, distribution of time-sensitive material, and coordination of meetings among SB personnel and owners.

  • Arrange, setup, and manage all owner events, coordinate with other departments including Food and Beverage

  • Manage the SA program through owner demand and occupancy levels.

  • Manage the Internal Exchange program, including executing exchange contracts and keeping the owner website up-to-date

  • Facilitate all ownership transfers, execute transfers, and communicating the transfer to appropriate staff

  • Develop extensive knowledge of SMS and other relevant Lodging software

  • Cross-train and be available to help, assist, and be knowledgeable with Front Desk duties

  • Continue the existing relationship between the management team, The Registry Collection management, and CB owners.

  • Be knowledgeable of AR reporting

  • Provide assistance to Sugarbush Resort Real Estate and corporate events when needed

  • Work with Chief Administrative Officer to maintain accurate and up to date owner insurance information

  • Provide support to CB General Manager

  • Be knowledgeable of resort events and activities

  • Will be expected to play a significant guest service role


QUALIFICATIONS
:


  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Computer skills including Office 2000, database use, and internet booking experience

  • Valid Drivers License and an acceptable driving record

  • Position involves working outdoors to some extent. Must be able to work outside for periods of time in changing weather conditions; i.e., rain, snow, wind, and/or cold. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone, 2-way radio, and in person.

  • Skiing or snowboarding capability – to ski or ride most of the mountain

  • Must complete ACL Training
