This individual will serve as the resident expert on all aspects of our Smart Shopper Rewards Program, including but not limited to program management, data analytics, identifying customer segment opportunities, and developing integrated communications strategy to increase member acquisition & retention; and developing omni-channel marketing plans to promote the loyalty program across all consumer touch-points.



Responsibilities




  • Serve as primary liaison for support and day-to-day logistics, timelines, and budgets, related to customer loyalty platform.


  • Responsible for helping design and build out CRM strategy, campaigns and customer journeys that drive improved channel performance and drive incremental sales, including all phases of program testing and financial analysis to drive customer value while maximizing Retail Partner profitability.


  • Identify marketplace trends, customer insights and best-in-class learnings that can be leveraged to grow the Smart Shopper Rewards program through personalized offer management and customer engagement.


  • Partner with the marketing, merchandising, field operations teams and field marketing to identify and develop personalized 1:1, omni-channel marketing engagement plans consistent with brand strategies.


  • Leverage and collaborate with the consumer insights specialist to analyze insights that help identify key opportunities to market to key customer segments.


  • Conduct marketing attribution analysis to effectively measure marketing effectiveness, member engagement, sales and frequency impact and ROI.


  • Provide the updates through weekly updates and monthly scorecards on key performance and engagement metrics and trends.


  • Train and on-board of Retail Partners on the effective use of the Smart Shopper Rewards program systems, tools, processes and marketing platform.


  • Ability to manage and execute multiple time-sensitive projects to deliver actionable results.


  • Perform other duties and related tasks as assigned.




Minimum Requirements




About You




  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience; experience managing loyalty/CRM programs is strongly preferred.


  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics and data analytics.


  • Experience with use of internal sales databases or syndicated data sources such as A.C. Nielsen preferred


  • Must possess intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask


  • Works well under pressure, balancing multiple workstreams and priorities


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to follow directions and learn quickly

  • Ability to troubleshoot and develop creative, innovative solutions to business challenges



Physical Requirements




  • Ability to travel up to ~10% of the time, which may include weekends and evenings, as needed


  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment


  • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal


  • Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday


  • Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
