Job Description




We are looking for a Marketing - Branding Assistant. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a rapidly growing and exciting organization. The successful candidate will work with marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands.


Salary range: $43000 - $53000 per year.


Responsibilities will be:



  • Help identify marketing trends and critical prospects for innovation.


  • Work closely with our marketing and sales department.


  • Present the research reports to the brand manager and help in the development of placement and promotional strategies for the brand.


  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.


  • Assist in developing marketing material, including brochures, flyers, blog posts, posters, etc.


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs while maintaining client revenue streams.


  • Support the coordination of exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.


  • Create marketing materials, such as case studies, white papers, and presentations.


  • Assist in key day-to-day marketing and product development functions.


  • Understand the company product and brand.


  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.





Qualifications




  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience is an asset.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.


  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.


  • Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


  • Have good attention to detail with copy-writing skills.


  • Ability to multi-task and keep to deadlines. Strong team member.


  • Have excellent organization and great administration skills.
