Job Description




We are looking to hire a Marketing assistant  to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will manage the marketing approach and activities for us. Your responsibilities include organizing, planning, and running campaigns. You need to have deep knowledge of how marketing works and how great local targeted marketing can grow your client’s sales and bottom line will be a key asset as you build your career with Perpetual. 


Responsibilities



  • Assist in monitoring active marketing campaigns and developing ways to improve the campaign.


  • Contribute and build on long term strategies, author briefs and lead tactical executions of product marketing campaigns.


  • Translate consumer and trend insights into actionable opportunities.


  • Present ideas to motivate and energize cross-functional teams and go to market partners.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas to help enhance and grow the company’s brands.


  • Ensure the seamless flow of information between cross-functional partners and be responsible for campaign project management.


  • Work alongside cross-functional partners to translate strategies into innovative tactical executions across digital and retail channels.





Qualifications




  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related (essential).


  • Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations.


  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.


  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.


  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.


  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.


  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages.
