Mutual of Omaha is looking for a talented individual to serve as Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics and Reporting within our Departing Well Solutions division. This leadership role will be integral to digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data to identify opportunities for performance optimization and growth, and collaborating with key partners in Marketing and Digital Commerce to develop test plans and progress digital marketing efforts.


  • Maintain clear understanding of all relevant data - analyze and synthesize data to answer complex questions and provide clear analyses and actionable findings

  • Present insights and data-based recommendations to grow business, increase effectiveness and improve ROI of digital media

  • Build and define high-value audiences for targeting across digital channels

  • Consult with internal marketing and segment teams on analytical issues, such as audience targeting, modeling, segmentation, tagging, and reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing teams across channels to ensure alignment and coordination on SBU level marketing goals and initiatives

  • Work closely with external partners—digital media agency, data management platform provider(s)Develop measurement strategies that tie organizational objectives to digital measurement solutions

  • Maintain constant awareness of deliverables; keep team focused on short-term and long-term milestones

  • Advise on test planning to ensure results from testing efforts are clean and rigorous

  • Lead efforts to provision data for and maintain dashboards in platforms such as Tableau and Google Data Studio

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience managing digital analytics teams/workstreams

  • Experience with Paid Search, Social, and Display channels

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of statistical concepts

  • Data extraction, data manipulation, ability to synthesize and create presentations

  • Ability to highlight the "so what"/articulate the business value of complex initiatives

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, strive for excellence and hold a high bar

  • Self-motivated, driven and hungry for growth; acute sense of ownership

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline supplemented with experience in analytics


  • Master's degree

  • Previous experience in insurance/financial services industry

  • Pay range $90,859 – 130,000
