The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of CRC’s infrastructure, and are, at their core, a project manager responsible for process optimization. This includes pumps, compressors and the piping infrastructure which connects them. They will ensure that the preventative maintenance program is optimized through analysis of cost and failure data as well as make sure that the contractors working under their direction are matched to the workload to minimize excess cost. The maintenance team will work closely with the surface ops team to minimize disruption and provide flow assurance and equipment reliability and uphold our safety principles.


The CRC Sacramento Basin Operations Team is seeking to fill a Maintenance Coordinator position to support the field operations in Yuba City, CA.




Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest HSE standards for work conducted under their authority
  • Ensures effective utilization of all contractors
  • Acts as the focal point between surface operations and the contractor work force in planning, scheduling and executing all surface maintenance activities

  • Manage all emission testing, environmental site prechecks and permits for compressor fleet

  • Maintain parts inventory to support maintenance activities in each field

  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to work on achieving incremental changes to improve the efficiency of the surface maintenance program

  • Interact with various teams like the surface ops, supply chain and the contractor work force in the implementation of the preventative maintenance process to support business objectives through reduced failures and improved run time

  • Find new ways to do work and bring an objective view to complement the view of the operations leadership

  • Identify process restrictions and opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders on realistic execution plans

  • Assist in the execution of the change management process
  • Participate in RCFA events to avoid future failures



Qualifications



  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in oil field operations

  • General knowledge of gas process equipment and processes including gas compression, well operations, sales facilities, water treatment and injection, etc.

  • Familiarity with compressor modeling

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills

  • Demonstrate and promotes HES and regulatory awareness and compliance

  • Ability to align business strategy with corporate strategies and goals

  • Ability to build/maintain team cohesiveness, effectively motivate, coach and mentor team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong, proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • General knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office, Maximo etc and the ability to create reports or presentations

  • Understanding of CRC surveillance programs: WEBpst, Ignition, Iconics and XSPOC

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record
