The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. As a Logistics Customer Sales Representative, you will represent Magnitude and promote our services to new customers, build your book of business and provide outstanding customer service where you will be the owner of your own portfolio working in a team environment. You will bring solutions to established and prospective customers and nurture these relationships into long-term partnerships.


  • Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery

  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives with 3PLs, Distributors and VARs to optimize the end to end data distribution and order processing with robust exception and error handling capabilities.

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by managing customer day to day requirements

  • Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions

  • Match customer demand with quotes for their freight-related inquiries

  • Build strategies that will result in increased sales and stronger partnerships

  • Solve complex problems and be the main contact for all your accounts’ communications

  • Drive resolution of customer-related issues with internal/external business partners.

  • Organize and manage your daily shipments

  • Collaborate with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans

  • Review sales activities and prospective customers with management


  • Experience negotiating contracts

  • Experience acquiring and executing RFP/Bid Proposals

  • Prior experience with consulting and business development, including sales leads, proposal and contract closure, preferred.

  • Experience with and/or ability to learn a variety of TMS/CRM platforms

  • Experience working with 3PL Brokerage

  • Very strong capabilities for quickly assessing Supply Chain Logistics business challenges, defining approaches and scope, estimating the potential cost, value and time commitment, and leading action.

  • Exceptional analysis skills and ability to develop innovative solution options.

  • Above average proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask

  • Advance Time management and organizational skills

  • Willingness to be available after hours and weekends if needed

  • Excellent teamwork skills and communication skills
