Snowbird is a world-renowned ski and summer resort just 6 miles up Little Cottonwood Canyon. What You’ll Do

As a Lodging Sales Agent you will accept inbound calls, process reservations for Snowbird lodges, give information by telephone and email concerning rates, availability, resort activities, facilities, and general area information.

As a Lodging Sales at Snowbird, you will:

  • Respond to telephone & email requests from customers for reservations.

  • Provide information about rates/package options, payments, cancellation policies, resort facilities, etc.

  • Upsell ground transportation, trip insurance, spa, dinner reservations, activities and Mountain School lessons to all guests.

  • Enter reservation information in the computer system and charges credit cards at the time of booking.

  • Revise reservation records and document changes to keep records current.

  • Complete additional projects and duties as assigned that assist in meeting the overall department goals.

  • Occasionally travel to/from resort.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.

  • Requires ability to operate a computer, typing speed of 30 w.p.m., operate a 10-key calculator.

  • Additional knowledge of SMS Host and Spa Soft preferred but not required.

  • Requires some exercise of judgment within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.

  • Must be able to coordinate several duties at one time and deal effectively with the caller.

Work Schedule

  • Specific Shift: Current Operation hours are 7 am - 11 pm Monday to Friday, 8 am - 10 pm Saturday and Sunday

  • Rotating schedule, nights & weekends and holidays are required.

  • Open 365 days a year.
