  • Part of the production team. Their success is determined by the positive way in which they communicate, cooperate, interact and contribute towards achieving their work cell goals and objectives.

  • Responsible for setting up the work cell, verifying all materials are correct, aid in keeping each Assembler and Packer stocked with needed supplies. They are capable of rapidly responding to situations that would obstruct the process flow.
  • Aide in training new employees in the work cell.

  • Perform both QC and Pack functions in a three person cell as needed.


  • Interact with the Daily Production Schedule and pull materials for Work Cell’s accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to all Work Cell’s needs proactively.

  • Ensure Production Boards are updated correctly.

  • Work with Manufacturing Lead and Supervisors in problem solving all inventory or material flow issues.

  • Operate manual pallet jack safely


  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Maintain and support continuous operations in accordance with work center schedules.

  • Interact with others towards accomplishment of team goals/objectives

  • Participate in cross training program and support to co-workers as needed. Integrate temporary employees into duties as required.

  • Participate in identifying problems, suggest improvements and participate where appropriate in implementation of solutions.

  • Operate in a safe manner and comply with safety policies and procedures at all times

  • Maintain work area in a neat and orderly way, during and at end of shift.

  • Record and maintain any data related to work activity in a concise, accurate way, and communicate appropriately.

  • Will assist in operations in any which way deemed essential to meet production requirements.

  • Ensure materials required for production move from warehouse to production floor in a timely manner to meet production schedules.


  • HSD/GED Required

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Basic problem solving skills

  • Basic computer skill

Preferably someone who has experience in all Assembler positions: Pack, QC and Build
