The Role

OpenText is looking for a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to support the overall efficiency and efficacy of our SMBC division. You will drive the technology process to align with the business strategy. You will balance the line between strategy and execution. The job will involve understanding stakeholder needs to prioritize the right solutions to achieve our goals. You will have a particular focus on problem-solving and improving systems and processes. You will work closely with senior leaders in the business and cross-functional OpenText teams to quickly understand opportunities and implement solutions.

The Compensation range for Colorado - $82,732 to 124,098 + bonus.

The Ideal Candidate

You should be able to demonstrate your experience working in a host of industry software platforms and coordinating with projects of varying scope. As a revenue technologist, you will help to plan and build our portfolio of revenue systems in addition to aligning with product integration aspects. The ability to effectively align marketing, sales, finance, and product systems is required to succeed in this position. You are proactive in addressing challenges, are solutions-oriented, and lead by example with a growth mindset.

Job Responsibilities

Understand stakeholder needs across a diverse set of teams and deeply appreciate our business drivers Utilize various levers to adapt stakeholder requirements into optimal design and sequencing Manage technology request prioritization by understanding the systems and their dependencies Interface with the internal Information Technology organization Track multiple projects through multiple processes and systems Independently identify issues and drive solutions with enthusiasm - people come to you when they have a tough problem that likely has never been seen or solved before Document and analyze key processes Perform basic validation and testing of functionality to ensure business requirements are met Design workflows and oversee implementation of systems and tools Drive education on and documentation of technology processes and best practices to help build increased productivity Oversee the technical aspects of building key business systems used to run the business Identify and escalate issues with coordination of dependencies across the systems in the portfolio Support and advise your leader on actions to escalate to executives required to balance the portfolio of existing assets, services, and overall strategies (not limited to but focusing on technology) Assist with developing regular reviews for business leadership and shared services partners

Key Challenges to Overcome

This role will help define the processes and structure for our organization and how we manage the business technology stack. The role and team will continue to evolve over time as near and mid-term milestones are achieved. The person filling this role must be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to build a structure around vague tasks. Be prepared for the job to grow with potential future acquisitions. Ongoing organizational and systems integration, as well as potential organizational churn, will be other key obstacles to overcome.

Skills, Experience and Characteristics

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in information systems, computer science or business degrees. 9+ years of experience in an information systems role for a revenue-generating organization. Can translate business needs into technical requirements. Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner). Familiarity with SalesForce, ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, custom software or other marketing tools a plus. Experience working with product development and coordinating with engineering preferred. Ability to perform analysis and basic use of tools such as Tableau. Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail; effective stakeholder and project management is the bare minimum and is part of your secret sauce. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment. A track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions of significant responsibility. Highly autonomous; able to independently identify high-value projects and drive them to completion. Demonstrated leadership capability in cross-functional team environments. Great at fostering positive and non-adversarial relationships including executives. Organizational awareness – knowing how to find the right person to make decisions and get things done. Adept at juggling many projects at once, working cross-functionally, while never losing sight of the core message and goal behind your work. Work really hard without someone looking over your shoulder. Persuasive communicator - you’re a natural storyteller, using data to back up your recommendations. Adaptable; you flex naturally between influencing leadership, inspiring those you empower to think big, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

The compensation range for this role is $82,732 - $124,098.
