The successful candidate will join a family-like small team in a very fast-paced, fun environment. The candidate will be working within the Operations team dealing with Sales directly as well as other internal and external teams.


The job's main focus will be setting up campaigns booked by Sales and sending them to suppliers for completion, making sure campaigns are completed as requested and on time. The Partner Operations Associate, as part of the mentioned team, will interact and communicate with external partners and internal teams such as Sales, Creative, Finance, etc. in order to fulfill the needs of each campaign booked.


As the face of Spiceworks ZiffDavis, when dealing with external partners, the Sales Operations Administrator must always act in a polite, calm, adequate manner and will communicate any issues which can affect the running and/or end result of a campaign to his/her line manager.


The following tasks are the main focus of the role, however, other duties may be requested depending on business needs.



  • Set up campaigns

  • Send/reply sales briefs

  • Kick-off campaigns

  • Chase for leads

  • Send rejections/complaints

  • Answering questions from external/internal teams

  • Liaise with internal teams.

  • Update the different reports used by the team

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with different stakeholders and/or when required.


Requirements - the candidate will possess the below characteristics and will have had some prior experience in a similar role either at University or working experience:
