Inventory Process Manager – Hendersonville, NC


Position Overview:


Inventory Process Manager analyzes process flows and procedures to ensure accurate inventory. Leads the cycle count teams and investigates root causes for inaccurate inventory.


Essential Job Functions:



  • This Duties to include Hendersonville Main, DC, Spindale and Tijuana Facilities


  • Oversee Inventory Flow and Procedures

    • Track routes followed upon receipt



  • Negative inventory Control for Finished goods and Raw Material


  • Track system Processes and Receiving issues to prevent inaccurate inventory


  • Manager Cycle count process and Locations


  • Investigate and analyze inaccurate component volumes in MFG

    • surplus or shortages and recommendations to correct



  • Analyze inaccurate RMBKF and RECV

    • Consumption issues



  • Prepare Documentation for procedures

    • Training as required



  • Remind and follow up on production all Track

    • Ensuring all partly open orders are closed to prevent unneeded open allocations



Education and Experience:



  • Minimum 1-year experience in similar role


  • Experience conducting tracking and data analysis


  • Product and inventory Management a plus
