POSITION SUMMARY:


The Inventory Coordinator performs clerical and logistical duties for supply and inventory control required to support hospital operations.




JOB REQUIREMENTS:




Education:


High School Diploma or equivalent.




Experience:


Two (2) year of experience working with any of the following: shipping, receiving, picking, logistics, distribution, warehousing, inventory management; preferred.




Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:


Basic understanding of supply chain fundamentals. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.


Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills. Customer Service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.




POSITION DUTIES:




Maintains inventory in storerooms and PAR locations. Manages inventory data to ensure accurate accounting of supply expense. Ensures supply locations and pars are maintained according to standard. Assists with vendor management functions. Ensures alignment with supply chain initiatives. assists with inventory counts / PAR audits.
